Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Pricing: All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to change with prior notice.
• Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or proposal. Typical arrangements include upfront deposits and milestone-based payments.
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Aspire Ads or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Client Content: You retain ownership of any content, materials, or information you provide to us. By providing such content, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display it for the purpose of delivering our services.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in your service agreement. We may retain the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Service Guarantees and Limitations

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as:

• Specific search engine rankings or traffic volumes
• Guaranteed return on advertising spend (ROAS)
• Specific conversion rates or sales figures
• Results dependent on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We will use our best efforts and industry expertise to achieve optimal results for your business.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Aspire Ads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question
• We are not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Termination terms typically include:

• Written notice period (typically 30 days)
• Payment for work completed up to the termination date
• Return or deletion of confidential information
• Immediate termination rights for breach of contract

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services. We may require a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for certain projects.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
